By shopping with Holistic Paws, you agree to the following terms regarding returns and exchanges.

Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning any product to Holistic Paws.

Eligibility for a full refund: To receive a full refund, items must be returned within 15 days of delivery, unused, unworn, and in like-new condition. They must have all original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

Condition requirement: Items that are worn, washed, damaged, missing tags or packaging, or not in like-new condition will not qualify for a full refund. Depending on the condition, we may offer a partial refund, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.

Processing and refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 6 business days for processing after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exclusions and notes: Some items may be final sale or non-returnable. This policy supersedes any conflicting information in other places on our site.
